The class sizes are limited so that we do not overwhelm the goat-kids, and we want all attendees to have the opportunity to safely interact with the animals. ![]() Cloth mats are discouraged as they can not be cleaned as easily, but that is completely up to you. We highly recommend a rubberized mat, or one that can be easily wiped off just in case. We have a team of volunteers ( "Pee-Patrol") that will quickly clean up after the goats, but please be aware that there is the possibility of these substances encountering your belongings. Baby goats, in various ages and sizes, jump and nibble. Dress comfortably and in clothes that are suitable for yoga yet allow you to interact with goats. Please note that this class will take place with LIVE BABY GOATS. Please bring yoga mat! We have SOME extras, but supplies are limited. Please arrive early (15-30 minutes) so that you can have plenty of time to find parking, locate the venue, and to sign in and get settled. Limited street parking is available in front, and there is a parking lot to the left of Gerry's Variety, across the street on the West End of the Keystone building. THINGS TO KNOW: The classes will be held in the Boylston Room at the East End of Keystone Enterprises, 122 Pleasant St, Easthampton. Try the downward goat or stretching-kid poses! All you need is your mat, a sense of adventure, and a maybe water bottle. ![]() This is a beginner's yoga class, so anyone over the age of 12 can attend (we may be offering a separate class for younger folks this year too!) Our yoga instructors will blend movements and gentle stretches with the playful antics of baby goat kids. That's simple - yoga with Goat Kids!
